If you have a serious medical condition, please consult with your physician, as the Flexible Dietitian is a registered dietitian and not a medical doctor. The nutrition services offered are not intended as medical advice or care, and the client should continue regular medical supervision and care by his or her primary care physician. The nutrition counseling and services provided are not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment, or care of disease by a medical provider. If the client is under care of a health professional or currently uses prescription medications, the client should speak with his or her physician to discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements first before making any changes.

Confidentiality: The Flexible Dietitian practices with full confidentiality and will keep the client’s information private. The client’s information will not be shared to any third party unless compelled to by law or with consent from the client.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of your session in the form of cash or check for in-person sessions. Payments may be made online with card. Please be advised that the Flexible Dietitian does not offer insurance.

Cancelation & Reschedule Policy: You may reschedule a nutrition session if doing so at least 48 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment or session, you may not be refunded or able to reschedule. Certain exclusions may apply. 

Refund policy: You may request a full refund or cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, a 50% refund will be made for cancellations. After 48 hours, no refunds will be made for your order.
